please note this article was useless for me , so it could help a lot of folks here

for example stage 4 is ( and will be ) solely dedicated to unnecessary hospital trips ( i only go the 3 hospitals , a medical clinic and a specialist clinic ... currently and i expect this will continue until mid-2020 or maybe 2022 )

I agree 100%, perhaps more. A waste of a combined words exercise.

more about inappropriate guidance for me ( i might not even be alive at 75 )

BUT there are some much younger members and a tiny idea , or at least thinking along a certain line ( whether they agree or disagree ) might help them .

in Australia the retirement age ( pension age ) is starting to move towards 70 and beyond and that concept might spread internationally with the help of fiscally irresponsible governments
