Free TaxCut for filing taxes!

Dear All,

Today we found a nice deal offering FREE TAXCUT software for filing taxes. We have downloaded it and are using it to file our taxes this year. Hope it helps you all to do so too.

We have discussed the deal here.
[MODERATOR EDIT]

Our intention is to share this freebie with all. We are not any affiliates of TAXCUT. Hopefully this post will not be treated as a SPAM. We are new to this forum and have no clue where to post such useful community information.

With best wishes,
FIRE Finance.

FIREFinance,

Your money saving tips are welcome here. However, please post a link directly to Taxcut rather than spam the forum with links to your website.

Your first post was deleted due to it's content, and I sent you a PM regarding spam. If you continue to ignore the forum's anti-spam policy you will no longer be welcome on the forum.

The free Taxcut version can be downloaded from CNet's download.com. It does charge to e-file.

Thanks moderator. We shall post direct links and if the some discussion is relevant - shall copy and paste the content here. We are newbies and did not know the rules properly so please forgive us.
Sorry about introducing ourselves along with a link to our blog. Our identity and lots of details are on our site so we had thought of sharing it. Once again apologies for not knowing about the fact that we cannot post our site's link here.

TaxAct has a free on-line version that allows you to efile for free also (Fed only).

taxact.com if you are interested

I used the paid version for myself ($15 for Fed & State w/efile) - it will allow me to import the 2006 data to my 2007 return. The free version does not support the year-to-year import - I used the free for my kid's simple returns.
