You can fix the lower gas price problem like we did in CA, just vote yourself additonal gas tax. Problem solved.

You Californians have to do something to offset the Prop 13 savings!

Missed out on that one. And now that the rest of the country wouldn't be helping us pay on property tax makes it hard to keep up with our sunshine tax.
