OK, but I would prefer to put that time off if its all the same to you. Life is just one big procrastination, after all.

True, but I'm not going to offer encouragement. I saw too many of those big grease stains.

Sounds like you are making the best of a bad situation. Good work.

I'd hate to be paying insurance on two vehicles, though, if there was any way to downsize to one. Doesn't sound like there is. That's got to be quite a hit to one's wallet.

Wow, just paid 4.159 for diesel, luckily I needed only 115 gallons, $480 to fill the tank. Fortunately, ten years ago I invested in the Vanguard Energy Fund, 10 year return 17.3% per year.

Just because motorcycles make up 1% of vehicles but 10% of fatalities, you think it's something to be worried about?

I bet that the 454 ss is more scared of the prius, smart car or anything that goes near it.

Yep - you don't want to suck any little stuff down the Carb and blow it out the exhaust.

Might cause indigestion. .

heh heh heh - as my ole buddy Sam used to say - hope you got big wide tires to go with that car.

This morning I came about this information on a water powered car.

Water Car Run on WATER+Fuel. Hydrogen Save Gas=FREE ENERGY!

How fea·si·ble water is as an alternate fuel remains to be seen. I thought it was an interesting concept.

I do not know if the site is on the up and up or if it is just a way to get people to buy into a product that is a hoax and in the end will get people to fool·ish·ly part with their hard earned cash.

GOD BLESS US ALL

Ballard Power [Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technology, Hydrogen Power in Buses | Ballard Power] and others have been working on hydrogen fuel research for some time. The company is legitimate but I for one wouldn't invest in it; they are many years away from creating a viable product, and burn through a lot of cash.

Fuel cells have been around for many years and of course they are one of the many options that are being looked at to replace the internal combustion engines but I think the above link is a bunch of hooey.

I only skimmed it but they appear to be using using the battery to make hydrogen from water which they then oxidize back to water but they don't tell you that it takes energy to charge the battery.

Thermodynamics says it is not going to work.

There was a commercial that was run here in San Diego quite a few times, about Honda having a hydrogen car. FXC, I think it was called. It was supposed to be leased to like 100 people or something here in Southern California. Anyone heard if that fell through or it they're still planning on it?
