He's talking about the funny bit of text at the bottom with the email. *Spam filters work by examining the text for patterns such "enlarge your penis", "make money fast", "buy viagra" or similar phrases and misspellings. *However, to make sure that they don't block real email the filters also look for real text or something that appears to be real text. *This has lead to an "arms" race between spammers and spam-filter makers with each trying to outguess the other. *It's amusing in a way.
