Grass tennis court in backyard

I visited a guy up in Iowa about a year ago who had a grass tennis court on his farm. It was great! I want one. If I build one in my backyard and invite some people over to play, do I have to be worried about lawsuits, liability and all of that crap? Since it's not a profit making enterprise, etc.? If so, could I split the property and have an LLC buy the tennis court to protect myself?

This would be in Missouri.
