Great book for 65+

Some of the group have mentioned concerns about their elderly parents, others of us are fast approaching the 'elder' state.

My husband and I have been discussing what we wished our folks had done to prepare for their elder years and are now considering Continuing Care Retirement Communities as a destination for ourselves (not for now, but about 5 years from now). I found "A Guide to Continuing Care Communities" by Bernice Hunt at my local library and cannot recommend it enough. She and her husband have 'been there, done that', providing great advice (advantages, disadvantages).
