Has anyone worked with a Virtual Assistant?

This was talked about in one of my threads a while back, I do not know much about them, how they work, where to find them and what they charge. Anyone here have more info?
Thanks

Enlightened outsourcing Part 2: The practice | 43 Folders. The section on VAs is co-mingled throughout the piece.

He first tried Get Friday (http://getfriday.com/) but turned to Craigslist instead and found an English teacher in Texas for only a bit more.

You may also just want to search the entire site: Search | 43 Folders

I highly recommend 43 folders for just keeping up on stuff in general or GTD specifically.

Thank you Marquette, I have been searching the links you gave me and also looking on craigslist, I contacted someone locally from Craigs, but they are not being very good about getting back in touch with me, I'll keep searching.
