Hmmmm... South Korea seems to all of a sudden wants to open its markets

Wonder why they all of a sudden friendly to the US on trade?

Think it has anything to do with the maniacal neighbor?

IMO - we have been paying their defense bill far too long. They should begin shouldering the cost of defense!
