Home heaing oil guess?
OK, finally got some prebuy prices for home heating oil for the upcoming heating season. Some companies are not even offering a prebuy this year.

Does anyone think heating oil prices will come down due to the oil market?

It's always a gamble to prebuy and now the local companies charge for downside protection so I'm not sure its worth it anymore (it was free 3 years or so ago).

I didn't prebuy last year due to a new heating system and lost out...
