How do I search for a thread?

There was a thread a while ago (may be a few months) that had lots of info posted by Brewer, Financedude and others on beginning of investing.

Is there a way I can search for it? I don't remember the "title" though

Lena

Hi, Lena. There's row of buttons under the date (upper right). One of the buttons is Search. I always use Advanced Search. You don't need the thread subject line (I rarely remember it), just a phrase used in the thread and possibly the author and/or a subset of boards to search. I've gotten better with practice--you will, too.
