Hows this for exercise motivation.

Just read about these times for these runners and wow!!

Plus I know Me Lisa Barber who ran 11.11 in the womens 100 meters!

Kool! She was a fantastic High school Runner and is now world class.

I raced Alan Webb at Penn Relays in HS. He's a beast! He currently has the US Mile Record. I live close to where he grew up and ran in HS. South Lakes, VA. It's a really nice area, no wonder he ran so much.

He's really amazing. 2 good HS sprinters or "entry level" college sprinters would probably just be close to him in a 2x400m, while he ran 800m alone.
