I have to admit, a lot of this "original land claims" stuff confuses me... people will come up with any ad hoc cutoff date, and new random rules, to determine who qualifies as having had their land stolen and who qualifies as being an evil occupier, usually with the end result that the people whom one likes are victims and the people whom one hates are occupiers. Oh well, different strokes for different folks.....
