Your example shows the fallacy of your argument. Your choice ("feeling") doesn't constitute an obligation or duty; unless you are suggesting that you have the unilateral power to impose your subjective standards on the rest of the world, which I trust you're not.

Many couples live quite happily in 'open' relationships. That is not my personal choice but it doesn't make it cause for censure, let alone the equivalent of spitting in a customer's food (which some people here seem to think is just fine).
