Hey everyone. I was wondering if anyone on the forums has experience investing in back taxes on real estate. This is is something that I really want to do in the near future to start rental property's. I would probably try to acquire property's without homes already on them and me personally build a duplex on it. Rent one side while I live in the other. I would appreciate any advice.
