IPAD storage issue

So my old 32GB IPAD has exceeded memory storage. I look to see what to delete, and I notice Facebook is using 7.75 GB for "Documents and Data." What the heck is this and where do I go to delete it?

Click on More at the bottom menu
Scroll down and choose Settings, and Account Settings
Click on Browser
And Click on Clear Data

Another fix is to delete and re-install the app
