This sort of thing is why I love this forum. I found that to be absolutely hilarious. And just how my cats interact when given only one bowl. LOVE IT!

Thanks for the link, I loved it!

Now, can anyone tell me why one of my cats puts pieces of food in the water bowl? It's very deliberate. He also puts toys in there, twist ties, shoe laces, balls, etc.

Growing up our cat would bring rodents,birds and baby rabbits with their heads missing. He would leave them at the door. Best cat ever! Either he was proud or was like

Sometimes I'll get stupid (according to my cats) and put the wrong flavor cat food on a saucer. When I do this, one of my cats will try to cover it up. I'll hear clanking noises coming from the kitchen....

There's no need to complicate, our time is short..
