Here is an article on today's Yahoo. At first it seems like a news report. But Vantage Media is actually just trawling for students to push towards for profit universities. Nothing wrong with that, but its a bit misleading

That's definitely cleverly disguised advertising. Private education pays some of the highest referral lead fees on the internet. If you look at Vantage Media's site they focus on education, insurance and moving which are all big payers of hot leads that lead to new clients (service based business with little inventory and high profit margins)

Wow, that is interesting. And way over the line that should exist between news and advertising, at least on news sites. Can you imagine seeing the same thing on the BBC's website?

I'd comment on the wide ranging aspects of this concept.......except it'd be censured as 'political'.
