Is this a toy or what?
I found this while cleaning out a family members house and have no clue what it is. Any suggestions?

Looks like a pull through knife sharpener, mine has a longer wire handle and ceramic balls.

You need to place it next to a known object to give a sense of perspective. (Even dimensions would be beneficial.) I am guessing that it is about 1 1/2" long but it could be bigger than a Bread box.

It looks like it could hold two sheets of something together like a paper clip.

Surely it is good old fashioned sanity tool. It keeps you from losing all your marbles!

All I did was Google "wire and two marbles" and this was on the first page, evidently a razor blade sharpener manufactured by the Kenberry Co. in the 1930's.

Razor sharpener-who would've thought. My best bet was a recipe card holder.
Thanks
BTW-I did the Google image search and came up with no matches.
