I just tried Vanguard's website and I got "Sun ONE Web Server Enterprise Edition". 4:10pm PST.
Is Vanguard's website down?

Nope, just tried it at 7:14 EST and it came up just fine.

Hmmm, it looks like maybe someone's DNS isn't updated. I get an IP of 192.175.191.80 for www.vanguard.com.
