Thanks for the post! I've been a part of the C-17 community for 8 years now and have seen time and time again how our Critical Care aircrew get the injured from the battlefield to the needed critical care facility in a very short timeframe. (I now work with Lt Col Casebeer...the pilot-in-command you see in the beginning of the video).
