Ken Lay's conviction vacated!
A federal Judge vacated old Ken's conviction.
This would just kill him if he knew!

And it was the only way he could 'win' his appeal... and he probably would have died in jail anyhow...

Well, the reason for the vacation is that Kenny Boy can't complete the appeals process. It's the law, nothing political or coercive.
Luckily the civil route has no such restrictions.

Of course, it's so obvious. The CIA staged Lay's death to get his conviction vacated and keep all of Kenny boy's dirt on W deeply buried. Ken Lay is now partying with Elvis in area 61.
