Kicking puppys -centerplate

If anyone here is a major shareholder of centerplate, your ceo is kicking puppys and the board didnt even remove him.

Pisses me off to see the video. Vote your board out if you can.

It was shocking that he was not removed. How does the board think he treats their employees?

A typical executive contract has a good conduct clause. This executive is not irreplaceable. If he is smart they will negotiate a 'leave of absence' and he will be discretely shown the door.

I understand that the jurisdiction where this happened has arrested him.
