Knockout Game
I had the misfortune to be up north last weekend for a funeral, and saw this clip on a local news channel. This "player" of the knockout game had the tables turned on him. Bully for guy number three.

I live in a state that is "shall issue" for concealed carry licenses, and I think there are a lot of permit holders. You would have to be off your nut to try that here, although no doubt idiot criminals do just that.

Yeah, I'll take a few of these maggots being shot before this trend changes. As long as it goes unpunished, it'll continue.

My state also has a "make my day" law on the books (if someone comes into your house unbidden and you feel threatened, no blame or liability will accrue as a result of whatever you do), yet I don't imagine it impacts the number of burglaries. Criminals aren't all that smart and usually are vnot all that worried about the risks they take.
