I just read The Great Gatsby for the first time last week.
An interesting read that holds insight into today's society as if it was written yesterday.
Sad to see the big house go.

I think you have hit the nail on the head, M Paquette! And they will have starting prices of $699,000.00 and up even in this depressed real estate market. Sands Point/Great Neck is a highly desirable area.
