So go figure...everything's working great until I download iTunes on my new laptop yesterday. It worked fine, I transferred my existing library over and also ripped a few CDs (my old laptop didn't have enough space on the hard drive to store all my music, so some had to stay on CDs...but with the new laptop there is 500GB so I thought I'd put all of them on...). That all went fine as well.
Then this morning I try and log in and find I couldn't log in because my user profile file was corrupted. Argh. So, an hour and half on the phone this morning with my friend "Vinny" at Dell Software Support in Mumbai, I can finally log in again.
Funny thing is, they asked what I was doing on my laptop prior to having this issue and as soon as I mentioned iTunes, they're like "oh, iTunes...there's the problem right there..."
