Can someone explain how Bush's mind works that he could continue to mispronounce this important word?

I don't think so because Old George W is from the east and his family only migrated to Texas only after the varmint was already born.

The varmit was born in New Haven Connecticut.

Do not blame his use of the English language on Texas and the GREAT WILLIE NELSON.
