If anyone else has leads on where to find great magazine subscriptions cheaply--as the beginning of the year is when these usually come out--please post!!!

I did notice that there is a deal on "The Economist" on this thread, too.

Amazon has good deals on popular magazines occasionally - $5 a year, for example.

I get a newsletter called dealnews.com. They have different magazines available cheap on different days. Pretty good deals if they happen to offer the one you want.

I went to your site, and noticed they point at Tanga too. Same discounts, different path.

Magazines can be nice at the breakfast table if alone, but the Internet has a lot of advantages over them.

Free or intro subscriptions are great LBYM fuel. At one time I had subscribed to anything that was free or on intro. Then cancel. They always kept sending the stuff for many months.

Made a stove modification that would allow burning magazines catalogs etc.. Nothing like having the post office deliver free fuel to my doorstep.
