million dollar trailer

During the dot-com bubble days, some domain names were selling for a million bucks.* *No business, just the domain name.* *Crazy, right?

How about an ocean-view trailer for $1.05M?* *No real estate, just a 1971 trailer and a rental space.

Somewhere Jeff Foxworthy is coming up with some new "redneck jokes".

Re: million dollar trailer

I was browsing the 90210 real estate listings and saw a 0.02 acre side of a cliff that you couldn't build on in Beverly Hills. List price - $20,000. That works out to $1 million per acre for unbuildable cliffside.

Yea, but you can put up a mailbox and stand there looking out over everybody else's property

It is unbuildable. I don't think you could even get a street number.

But I'd be glad to come over, lay 2 feet of curb, and stencil a number on it for ya!

Re: million dollar trailer

If I were to drop $20,000 on an unbuildable 0.02 acres of Beverly Hills, I'd have to have something more eccentric to mark my spot than a stenciled street number.
