That was on the news earlier this evening....what a hoot! I know of some local restaurants that could replace quite a few humans with monkeys, and there'd definitely be an improvement in service! 
Just as an aside . . . I teach English to Japanese students on weekends. I often use news articles concerning current events in my lessons. The article about Fuku-chan and Yat-chan has been a big hit with my students. The tavern mentioned in the story is only about 1.5 hours by train from my house, so my wife and I are very tempted to check out Fuku-chan and Yat-chan in action. I'll post a photo if we do.
