This CBC piece has a link to an old documentary about him. Iím not sure what year it was made, perhaps in the 1970s.

I'll always remember the funny Odd Couple episodes with Hall, especially the one where Felix and Oscar dressed up as a horse and avoided the junk prize of canned squid.
