I am not a big fan of what I like to call microprint that is included in many documents, often warranties, that I run across. This web site seem to be devoted to this ever-increasing problem. It has a lot of interesting info.

One of the things I learned while doing fraud investigations is the importance of reading and understanding all of the fine print. Any attorney knows that of course, that's their specialty.
Example: Guy knocks on door, wants to sell me an alarm system. I was bored that day so I talk to him. He says if I commit to a year installation is free. Fine print says five years with a cancellation penalty. Threw his butt out.
