Nutritional facts on my beef jerky dont make sense...
serving size: 28g. Protein 14 g. fat 1 gr. carbs 7g. sodium xxx mg.
What makes up the other 6.xxxx grams? water i suppose?

other than the high sodium, jerky isnt bad for you at all. lean protein

I believe it could be a few things, some of it is rounding, they can claim 0 on some ingredients if it's below a certain threshold.
