went to the nyc aquarium today. tough place to shoot, its dark and things are moving.
these were done with the nikon d300 and the cheap 50mm f1.8 at iso's as high as 1600
marilyn used her nikon d80 at iso's up to 800 and the 50mm f1.4.
that pretty much evened them out noise wise. the d80 is as noisy at 1600 as the d80 is at 800 but the faster lens helped. no noise reduction other then the in camera high iso noise reduction on normal
