Online storage

I'm looking for an online website where I can store files. I need about 1GB of capacity. Does anyone know of a free site?

Oh jeez...they still have that? I remember using that about ten years ago.

Edit: thats a hoot...I still have files in there from around 7 years ago when I was still working...but its only 30MB of free space.

By the way, I havent used streamload/mediamax in a while...its a little slow these days. Probably because of the free 25gb accounts...

yahoo email now says it has "unlimited" storage.

I've been meaning to test out that claim by uploading some DVDs

Are you looking for backups? Like if you change a file on your laptop/desktop it will upload that night for a backup. Or just a place to upload every so often?

I would take a look at Box.net (free up to 1GB, more info).

I'm looking for online storage that I can share with someone else so we can access and update files in a central location.
I tried streamline but it wouldn't upload my files despite it saying upload successful. I'll have to try again when I am in a more patient mood.

I'll take a look at box.net
