OOPS the Jackalope will become endangered

Massive Oil Deposit Could Increase US reserves by 10x

The above link is to a article about a "small oil discovery" in North Dakota and Montana. Seems we've got between 100 and 500 billion barrels of recoverable oil 10,000 ft under the wheat fields there. Granted the cost of production will be $20 - $30 per BBL which is slightly under todays oil price. In comparison Saudi Arabia has 240 billion barrels of recoverable oil.

With the Tar Sands of Alberta rolled into this mix the North American continent including Mexico would have enough oil for 50 to 100 years at current usage levels.

It will be interesting to see what the Tree Huggers come up with to prevent drilling for oil there or how much press the find will generate with the MSM.

Maybe we are energy independent the word has just not gotten out.

Buy an SUV before the price goes up!!!

The question is will we be able to fill up (with fuel) the SUV?

GOD BLESS US ALL

it remains to be seen ... but you can bet that it's feasible and plentiful there will be a ground swell of protest. i suspect the real agenda is not the flora and fauna (nor the poor long neglected jackalope), which supply only a handy excuse.
