Hi.

You know with all the baby boomers retiring, I think the next industry that will benefit from that manna is Network Marketing.

This industry generate many negative thoughts with all the spam and get rich quick themes everybody receive through e-mail but beyond those craps lies very good companies with very good products. You can join one of those, work part time, online or offline and make a nice commissions.

Maybe it worth some time to investigate further.

What would be some examples of these very good companies with very good products? Is there something that wouldn't have your friends/marks diving into the ditch when they see you approaching?

Re: Part-time work!!

No suggestions but here is my history, post-ER.

I had been out on my own for about 6 to 7 years
when I decided to semiretire. I took a part time
position with a CPA firm, assuming that since it was
only part time and not essential to my survival, it
would be okay working for others again. Wrong!
Once I had run my own show, I was not happy working
for others (could have been just the job I guess).
I left to work full time on a contract for a mnaufacturing company. This was quite
lucrative and low stress. Still I was bored and unhappy
until I was able to shift the job to part time
(7 to 10 days a month). That was good for me, but not so good for my employer. When they offered a full time
position (again) after 2 years, I just passed. Could have made a pile of money, but I was 55 and just wanted out. I can see now that in terms of "job satisfaction" I needed to have my "own thing".
By the time this was totally clear to me, I was beyond the
point where I was willing/able to work at any job.
