Post a picture of YOUR Christmas stocking!

Handmade by my Mom, so about 59 years old (?), one of the oldest things I own. And it's been 'hung by the fire' every year, as has DW's, also made by her Mom. Memories...

Deck the Halls Y'all!

Our old stockings were in bad shape and were discarded when we moved, so I made new ones out of scrap felt this year:

We had stockings for our kidos, but when I was little, my parents used to buy me one of those mesh stockings that was filled with neat little games and other entertaining things.

I made these back in 1977 before DH and I were married. These are the only things I've ever inflicted sewing "skills" on.

Apologies for the thread hijack, but these remote control sumo wrestlers are keeping us all in stitches at FIL's today. And we haven't even been drinking (much)
