friend and i did halloween in the city as the priest (me) and the pimp (him). after the play, young frankenstein (where they thanked us for dressing up), we headed down to the village and had a ball. i was one of the few gay jewish priests in town so every hooker, witch and demon wanted their picture with me. you can imagine the poses people asked of me. was all in good fun. i love the spirit of the people in new york, especially on a holiday and especially on halloween. (at one corner, when i approached, a group started screaming: "hide your children; hide your children." all very fun.)
