Seen any well dressed dogs or people lately? My favorite was the dog disguised as a puppy.

These are great! But CuppaJoe---I'm not getting what the dog in the white jacket is supposed to be.....I know I'll kick myself once you explain it!

Our best guess was that she is either a race horse or greyhound race dog. Any other ideas for the mystery dog?
One thing I liked was that it was not a purchased outfit, just made out of an old-tee shirt and blue cloth for the legs. Dog didn't seen as embarrassed as some of the other dogs.
Edit: Maybe a gym rat?

DW and I are turning off the front porch light, disconnecting the doorbell and all house lights ... retiring to the back room to watch TV ... or to the bedroom to read our Kindles ... or .............
