I do hope that President Obama continues one Bush Administration initiative.

Barney Cam a puppy in the White House with his two darling girls should be awfully cute.

I sent the link to a friend who temporarily had a shiba inu for a few months (babysitting it for her son). She thinks it's a great breed and enjoyed watching the puppies....BUT.....

Later last night, she was watching television and heard some strange noises, sort of like squeaking. Her two dogs noticed it as well. They turned off the TV and went to find the mouse that they were sure they were hearing. Finally, they realized.......the noises they were hearing were the puppies from the web cam (she had forgotten to turn her computer off!).

Thanks, Calmloki, I bookmarked it. This is the future of the net, I'm glad I'm spending an extra $30.00/mo. for high speed. In the spring, I like to watch a webcam of a falcon next atop an office building.

The link led me to some googling re: Shiba Inu's - which revealed they are one of the "14 ancient breeds" of dogs (as determined by genetics) -

I never knew there were "14 ancient breeds" - which led to further googling re: the "14 ancient breeds"

Isn't the internet wonderful!
