I thought about posting this story myself, but I didn't want to offend any Muslim fundamentalist jihadists we might have on the boards.

"Qureshi said the mosque and his religious school would give $25,000 and a car".

A car? Reinforces how destitute these folks really are when giving them a car is considered payment for killing a couple of cartoonists (we know how evil cartoonists can be...).


"Qureshi did not name any cartoonist in his announcement. He did not appear aware that 12 different people had drawn the pictures."

I bet this dude sullied his robes when he found out he had just promised not $1,000,000 for the death of 1 cartoonist, but potentially $12,000,000 for the death of 12 cartoonists. How do explain that to the mosque's accounting department? Bummer...
