Really, really stupid computer question

O.K.--I'm smart enough to get on this site, and I was smart enough to order and replace my power supply when my computer blew up from a power surge (blew right through the surge protector). What I don't know how to do is: draw a line through a word without erasing it like I've seen numerous times on here, and how to underline a word. Thanks in advance.

When you want to post or reply (click Go Advanced) you'll see an [-]ABC[/-] in the options bar just above the text box. Simply highlight what you want to strike through, then click on the [-]ABC[/-].

It took me a long time to figure this out also so don't feel bad. Not so much the crossout (that's pretty easy to spot... if you are looking for it) but things like the "quoting" and "Hyperlink" aspect of it.

I finally just "hovered" the cursor over each of the icons and my eyes were opened.

I still haven't figured out how to insert a YouTube video into a post -- the link to it, yes, but not the actual graphic.

Ron, if you paste the URL of the specific YouTube video in your post, the forum software does the rest for you.
