^Sibiu, Transylvania, this morning: DW peeks out of our studio window in the historic area:

Our bathroom......hey, when you're forking out $32.75 Canadian ($25.50 US) a night for accommodation, you expect some space:

Fear not, another torturous and boring slide show will surely be forthcoming after our return to Canada.

Really enjoying Romania, possibly even more so than Bulgaria, which we visited last Fall and ĺoved.

On Wednesday, around 03:30 a.m., we catch a train for an approximately 7 hour trip to Timisoara......we're hoping for an older one, (more fun), but are anticipating a (relatively) 'newer' model.

You are only a bit north of Wallachia region. Maybe go down to see some relics or museums about Vlad the Impaler?

But Vlad the Impaler (if he is the 'real' Dracula) has all the time in the world!

Picture of me strapped into a P-51 to celebrate my birthday. This one had dual controls so I flew it!
