Refrigerator repair - Ice Build Up

Anyone have this problem.

We have a sears side by side. The lower veggie hydrator. The drawer gets messed up cause ice forms in some of the side panels. I have to use a blow dryer and clear ice out.

Any thoughts?

Worth checking the fan that transfers cold air from freezer compartment to frig and/or the timer that handles the defrosting of the coils in the freezer. Haven't had problems with side by side unit of you make, but those are the common symptoms and problems for our conventional rental refrigerators.

We had similar issue with a Sears side by side made by Whirlpool. Icing was on the back wall of freezer section. First repair was replacement of the heater coil. That lasted 2 yrs and 2nd repair they replaced an additional part that should’ve been replaced on the first repair. Can’t recall what the additional part was.
