So - can an iPhone be used with Total Wireless?
What other phone plans use the Verizon network?
Thanks for any info.

Total Wireless currently only uses the Verizon CDMA (3G) network, and you cannot use a 4G-capable phone with their service. So I believe you can use an iPhone 4 which is only 3G-capable, but not a -5 or -6.
PagePlus, Net10, TracFone, and StraightTalk (all owned by America Movil) use the Verizon system and have recently gotten access to the 4G network. You can use an iPhone 4/5/6 with any of them, as long as it's a Verizon (or PagePlus/Net10/ST Verizon-specific) iPhone. At least one other Verizon MVNO is in the process of rolling out 4G service this and next month (Puppy Wireless). As soon as the rollout is complete, you will be able to use a Verizon iPhone with their service.
