I would have gone with A since I spent many overtime hours not only for retirement but my kids camps and colleges were funded by nights in the OR .
 
I would go with B. You will live longer and the more reasonable work schedule means you will live more happily.
 
Both A and B. financial security and physical health should go hand in hand. one positively feeds, or could seriously degrade, the other.
 
I'd say both. I could put in all the overtime I want, but if I'm not healthy I won't live long enough to see retirement.
