RoadRunner snail mail
I subscribed to RoadRunner soon after it started up in our area. It was fine (despite the never-ending price increases) until about six months ago when the street connection kept grounding out after every rainsquall. After a half-dozen "customer service" squabbles I returned the modem and went to DSL. Never looked back.
A couple days ago my mailbox received the Fall 2004 copy of RoadRunner's "Tracks" newsletter.
Does anyone else find it ironic that RoadRunner is spending subscriber money to publish a snail-mail newsletter?
