Yes, I do have it set to 'good'.
Whatever the reason, my service has improved quite a bit as far as watching Netflix is concerned. Bloomberg TV too. Youtube still spotty. But Netflix is the biggie for me. As long as it continues to run like it has the last 2 days, I'm happy.
