I was going to say Humana's plan D service too! Really frustrating when the poor service is for something we must have and are locked into.

To me it seems Microsoft is the worst. They call me (out of the blue) to tell me my computer is spitting spam all over the place. Then when I do what they say, they want money. Seems strange, but Bill Gates is nearly a god, so why not send him money. These guys have names like "Bill Jones" and accents like Abu Vishwanathanan, but who am I to discriminate. Fortunately, I backup my computer occasionally and recover to the time MS screwed me.

So tell me, have I been scammed?

Yes you have. Microsoft doesn't monitor or care about your computer. They never call you. Did you give them a CC?:what:

Verizon Wireless was a nightmare ... needed to put our account in DW name to take advantage of a discount she qualified for. Phoned into customer support three times ... no one was capable. Went to one store siad they couldn't do it ... but you can go the "bigger" store and they can. Spent the ENTIRE DAY at the "big" store. 1.5 hour wait to see someone followed by 5 hours working with them ... amazing!

BOA has been EXCELLENT ... every dispute (wrong checks mailed, deposit lost in an ATM, random fees charged) is immediately resolved in my favor while they research it (like the lost deposit). Then a letter is sent explaining what they found ... if needed.
